    LightInTheBox.com will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning it for a full refund if the product has quality issues and the return is requested within 30 days of when you received it. After confirming the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will issue a refund or exchange the product.
    For items with no quality issues, we will refund 85% the full price (15% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee) if the customer requests a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Returned products should be in their original condition with all original packaging. If the item or an accessory is lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.
