      This fits great with my A line/train dress! The elastic waist strap is tight for my size 38 waist, but that is good because it will not move down, and you can decide how high/low to wear it. I decided to remove the upper hoop (so that there's more emphasis at the bottom of the dress, and its easier to sit) which was very easy to remove because the hoops come with a plastic closing cover that can be easily moved to open.
