I received you IP camera and connect it to my PC. It's working, but it is not possible to save pictures or videos to the PC and watch them. I already called my IT specialist to help me. He also could not solve this problem. Please send a detailed description how to mange this.

What is the Motion Detection range?
I was trying to find out more about the motion detection system, but I can't find what is the rage for it... can you please tell me? I need it for a wide space and I want to know if I need to buy 4 or 5 of this items to cover the whole place.
And In a diferent matter, can you tell me please whats the warranty for this product?... I've read somewhere in this site that you only give 30 days?... please tell me thats not right.

why you can not record throu your android? is it a problem with the application? can this camera connect to an alarm system ? with motion detection if something moves give a signal and start records in the computer?

This camera can only record wish the software we send you with it. It can not be connected to an alarm system. This IP security camera will automatically start recording when an object i.e. person is detected by the onboard sensors. Thanks for shopping with us. :)

2. I live in a wooden frame house can this unit b used for the 1st and second floor at the same time?
3 Can the camera be used for outside or must I get a separate camera for outdoors?

This IP camera can be used for the first and second floor at the same time and its working temperature is -10~50 °C. Sorry that this camera can not be incorporated with door intercom unit. You can use your computer and smartphone to connect to this IP camera. Hope you enjoy your shopping here.

Yes, you can use your Smartphone to connect to this IP camera without your PC open, but only the PC can record the video. You need to install the software we provide in your PC, and then you can log in through your smart phone. Hope you enjoy shopping with us!:)
