My shoes arrived recently and I am so pleased with them!! They're a perfect match for my wedding dress and they are a perfect fit! The heel is a comfortable height too, I don't like wearing heels too high! I can't wait to wear them on the day I marry my wonderful man!!

I have read mixed messages on this but I can only go by my own order. I ordered these shoes 2 weeks ago I was able to track their every move. I had to pay 14 pounds before I could get them delivered . When I got them I was thinking aw hope I've done right thing box was a bit bashed. But when I opened the box the shoes are beautiful well made and look even better than photo the only thing I would say is i am a size eight and I ordered a 42 and they are slightly big but I'm sure if I put heel grips in they will be fine xx all in all I would order in future from this company

je les ai recu et elles sont magnifiques!! par contre je doute sur les soldes sois disant -80 mouais ca fait 15jours et elles sont toujours a -80 donc arnaque sur le vrai prix !

These shoes are simply stunning. They are very well made and arrived on time and carefully packaged (in a box with tissue wrapping and a peelable film protecting the sole. They also fit perfectly if you measure your feet using the guidance provided. I was worried, but they fit wonderfully! I am very happy with the service I received and the quality of the product. The shoes are simply gorgeous!! really can't wait to wear it for my wedding day..
but then when I received the shoes, it turned out bigger by an inch..
pretty disappointed bcoz i bought 2 shoes and the other one fits my feet well..
So I asked for some advices frm the customer service, she's empathised on my situation & advised me well. So I hope one day, both my feet will longer.. one fine day... (^_^)

Well, what a service. My order placed, next thing I knew was that they had been packed and shipped. Followed their voyage by way of tracking and within 4 days they were delivered. They are absolutely beautiful shoes but I should have ordered a size smaller but never mind. My fault. First time online buyer for shoes so went with the thought better a bit bigger than too small. Having just had an awful experience with a garment online (not from Lightinthebox) which fitted where it touched I opted for the size bigger. I would definately purchase from LightintheBox again and would highly recommend them for service and value for money. Thank you one and all.

Q: Sizing Im slightly confused by the sizing, i have measured my feet and they are about 9cm Wide and 24cm long. But i can see no sizing for 9cm. Am i meant to measure each and add it together to get the width? Thanks for your assistance. AvTenille 23 / 09 / 2012
