I ordered this dress for a white tie wedding and I love it. It is elegant and the Ruby colour is beautiful... Very happy with the product. Customer service was outstandingly good, and I received the two dresses and some accesorise I ordered within 2 weeks... I will order againg from LITB...

Dress is exactly as pictured. Arrived in very short time. Fabric, colour all as per manufacturers description. Only draw back was having to pay duties and custom fees.

Dec 8th 2012.

Had issue with size of dress and jacket due to heavy weight loss. Was offered a win/win solution to both LITB and myself. Am waitiin for refund to my credit card.

The dress fitted beautifully in the body. Unfortunately, the sleeves were not made in proportion to the measurements I sent and I was unable to get them past my elbow which has required getting a dressmaker to remove them and also alter the armhole. Perhaps this is something that could be looked into for the Australian market. Otherwise, the workmanship was perfect and the dress was just gorgeous and exactly like the photo.

The dress is beautiful! It is just sooooo large. I ordered a size 2 and it is still big..... while in New Zealand shops I am a size 6-8 (usually 8- meaning size 4) I find it really weird how the size 0- 2 model fits the dress and I do not...... The tag is also completely stuck in the dress... I will have to get a seamstress to take it out.... but with all that... I stand by what I said... Im glad i bought this dress... I apsolutely love it. I just hope in the future light in the box create a standard size 0 or something because their sizes are a lot bigger than any shop in New Zealand. Also to take more care with the manufacturing as now i am going to have to spend more money getting it fixed.

This gown is beautiful and worth every penny. As with my previous purchase I will need slight adjustments by my seamstress but that is my own decision not to order by using my specific measurements. Wonderful!

This is the most beautiful thing I have ever bought for myself. I have bought dresses for more than triple the price of this haute class dress, but tell you something, nothing ever came close to the beauty, the fitting and the flow of my dainty dress. I intend to buy more in the future.

Among the doubts that I had before I ordered the dress was that it may not fit my big girl size. However, was I wrong!!! I love my dress and all other doubts? What were they again? All gone, gone for ever.

This will be the dress of choice for me, the mother of the bride during my daughter's up-coming wedding. It has been long since I felt such exuberant joy.

This dress is what you see is what you get,i got mine in time and well packed ,mine in dark navy and it is the most elegant dress i ever owned quality is extremely perfect i'm wearing mine with gold and nude color accessories i m so happy i made this purchase.the only downside of this is the extra shipping charges when it reached my country costed me another 35 euros but overall i will have a good time in it.i highly recommend this dress.

Q: help.. hello. Is it anyhow possible to speak to a customer service representative? I feel like your measurements are off. The model is described as being a size 6 however her waist and hips are not the size mentioned in the chart so I am very confused.
