I ordered this faucet as a gift to my mother. It arrived after 3 weeks. Being a mechanical engineer I can say I am very impressed with the quality - easily matches similar IKEA-products and even more expensive brands as far as quality goes, but at a much lower price. (A similar IKEA product costs $400 in Norway).
2 months later, my mother reported that the nozzle had a few cracks. I am not sure if this is due to a material defect, or rough handling. I contacted LightInTheBox customer service and explained the issue, and sure enough - they sent me a new nozzle at no cost. It arrived 8 days later, which in itself is impressive.
Will buy from here again.
