Bestilte meg et IP kamera som skulle koble seg opp i mot PC uten kabler. Kameraet var lett å koble opp og opp imot hjemme PC er det ingen problemer.
Er det noen der ute med betenkeligheter, er det ikke noe å lure på.
De er også gode på support og rask tilbakemelding hvis man har spørsmål.

Har kjøpt 2 kamera. Kamera #1 virker ok med god kvalitet. Kamera #2 har jeg etter gjentatte forsøk prøvd å få til å virke trådløst, men uten å få kontakt. Straks jeg fjerner Ethernet-kabelen mister jeg kontakten med kameraet. Er i ferd med å gi opp...

Har haft lignende problem. Efter strømsvigt (routeren lukkede ned) blev problemet løst. Prøv at slukke din router og tænde den igen.

Mala caracteristica Wifi, muy inferior a otros productos similares.
Inestable, se cuelga y hay que apagarla y encender para que vuelve a funcionar.
No llega a poder posicionar la lente horizontalmente

Betrouwbaar en snelle afhandeling.Binnen paar dagen was de bestelling in huis.Jammer van de relatief hoge invoerrechten van €42,00
Met deze ip camera heb je wel wat kennis nodig van netwerkinstellingen.Voor een leek of digibeet is het goed instellen van de camera niet te doen.Een zeer detaileerde gebruiksaanwijzing in het nederlands is zeer welkom.Als de camera eenmaal goed is ingesteld, beleef je er veel plezier en gemak van.Werkt prima met goede beelden.

Hur bra som helst - fram till dörren med UPS en vecka efter beställningen.
Här i Sverige skulle dom ha mellan 1800 Skr plus frakt upp till 3000 Skr plus frakt för en exakt likadan kamera lite beroende var man köper den ifrån men jag betalade ca 1100 Skr här - SUPER.
Denna var dessutom så ny i sin tillverkning att FW installerat i den inte släppts ännu till alla andra med samma kamera, även Svenska språket i denna Fw. Super bra igen.
Enda missen var att själva kamera kretskortet släppt inuti den roterande mekaniken, men det fixade jag själv med lite tålamod och små mejslar - slarv fel vid montering tror jag, kan hända vem som helst oavsett land.
Väl förpackad leverans, kom själv knappt in i lådan - vilken bra tejp dom har over there hehe.
Mycket bra kommunikation och spårbar försändelse hela vägen till dörren på klockslaget.
Det fungerade med andra ord bättre här och 100 gånger mer service än hos Svenska butiker.
Kommer absolut köpa mer härifrån, och rekommendera till andra.

This is a great camera...the daytime colors are brilliant. It does everything as advertised. I had 1 problem which never occurred to me at the time of purchase...this camera was designed to be mounted to a really high location, if you want to see as high as the horizon. I had to build a platform that changed the attitude of the mount from perpendicular to the ground to about 30 degrees up from perpendicular. Needless to say...if I had known this, I might have selected a different model. REMEMBER...when they say tilt is 90 degrees...straight across is as high as you will see!!

  • I am interested in this camera, but........

    After reading some of the customer concerns and the responses that are lacking in either 1) understanding the issue, 2) understanding English, 3) caring about the customer, Or finally 4) not even having a solution that will help, is causing me great hesitation about whether or not I should buy any of these. I bought two cameras from another retailer/manufacturer and went through a mess of problems due to the language barrier, time zone issues between them and myself, and their total lack of quality tech support (being from China) That I'm am very, very scared (to put it mildly) to buy any cameras without knowing if I will get quality PHONE support if I need help.

    One customer on here asked about warranty issues and received an answer about shipping. Another asked about upgrading firmware and got a jumble of numbers that looked to me like a Mac address???? Is this what I'm to expect if I buy these cameras? I already went through this with that 'other' seller. People in the USA expect better customer service than this. If this is all we get, We won't be buying a second time.
