The veil is beutiful, it is made very nicely, I like that the lace is turned to the other side of the tulle where it is necessary.

Quality is not the best onу. Material a bit more rude that I have expected. And it is really very long one :)

Muito mais bonito do que eu esperava!
Realmente, foi uma agradável surpresa tirá-lo da caixa!
Paguei imposto, mas não tenho do que reclamar, valeu muito! Além disso, chegou dentro do prazo estimado de 20 dias úteis!

El velo es mucho mas bonito que en la foto. Aunque haya tenido que pagar aduana 31,45 euros, aún asi me ha salido mucho mas barato que si lo hubiera comprado en tiendas en Madrid. Tiene 4m, lleva ya el peine montado y el encaje es maravilloso. Hay encaje no solo por el borde, sino también por el medio del velo que hace efecto de ola y menos mal que no he comprado uno de 3m que sino me queda corto el velo. He pedido el envio estandard, pero me ha llegado en menos de una semana.
Lo malo que veo es que atención al cliente no contesta a los emails, sino que te mandan un mensaje automatico diciendo que están hasta arriba de mensajes y que no pueden contestarte. Para el servicio de atención al cliente ni una estrella, además me dieron el numero de envio mal y no podria hacer consultas sobre el estado del envio en la web de UPS.
En cambio el velo, una verdadera maravilla.
