very good system and fast delivary and very good technical support

After receiving the box with the camera kit i was very exiting.
it was very good packet in the box so that nothing would get damaged by transport.
the manual was clear and simple.
after connecting the set to my tv, i got a very good image. The settings are simple and clear. i was within the hour ready for deployment in my store (excluding time for setting up the camera's in the store en connecting and installing the cables)
for simple use it is a great product. I have an appointment with my alarm installer so that, when the alarm was triggered, the video set will start recording al all the camera's.
in the mean while, i've setup al scheduled recording for nighttime.
perfect clear image in the dark.

The basic system is just what I was looking for. The cameras have a good picture and the DVR software is simple to use. The android software works well for monitoring real time. But, the PC software did not work for me for monitoring or reviewing recordings. the video would not display. It did show the date and time stamp but no picture. But this can be done on the DVR directly. When I contacted Customer service they did respond within 24 hours, but as far as I can tell there is not any tech support. I was offered a full refund or an in store credit or a partial refund. I chose to keep the system because it does do a good job at recording if there is motion in the field of vision of the cameras and my wife feels much more secure with the system in place.

is het zo beter

Après une heure de fonctionnement une caméra extérieure s'est avérée défectueuse et écran blanc !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Impossible de la remettre en route.

Espérons que les autres caméras durent un peu plus longtemps .......................

Heel tevreden over de levering, de verpakking en de vlotte afhandeling. Min puntjes zijn de weinige info betreffende de invoertaxen en de handleiding. De instalatie verliep heel vlot, de aansluiting op het internet is me nog niet gelukt, duidelijke handleiding ontbreekt, voor een leek zijn de afkortingen niet te ontcijferen. Kan er iemand hier in helpen a.u.b. . Voor de rest niets dan lof en zal ik zeker nog bestellingen doen bij Light in thebox.

Een goed tot zeer goed verpakte zending.Alles wordt netjes opgestuurd maar het duurt langer dan verwacht.hou ook rekening met de invoerrechten van je land.dit is een exstra kost.alles werkt prima en in totaal kost dit nog minder dan in de winkel hier.Bij mij dient deze om een winkel te voorzien van camerabewaking en werkt zoals het moet zonder problemen.enkel moet je wel engels kunnen of een ander taal alles behalve Nederlands.toch tevreden over de zending en de werking ervan.

me gustaria tener informacion de los equipo de 104 y 215 euros para ver en que estriba la diferencia. por otro lado quisiera un telefono para ver la forma de pago directo con la casa ya que no me gustan estos sistemas tan sofisticados.estoy interesado por uno de los dos equipos,pero si no hay otro sistema de pago lo siento.gracias.

O kit é bem completo e funciona perfeitamente, recomendo a todos, muito bom
