2. DHL lied about an attempt to deliver when they did not come to my house.
3. I had to drive for more than 1 hour to go and pick-up the dress.
4. They made me pay fees to deliver when they did not deliver.
5. The duty fees, taxes, delivery fees, etc almost resulted in the dress doubling in its price.
6. The whole experience was so frustrating. Its emotionally tormenting and at the end of the day, looking at the dress brings sorrow to my heart.
Their customer service is excellent! They resolved the issue quite satisfactorily. I had a genuine problem, they understood and they came through unbelievably superb in making sure I'm content with my product, my purchase and the after-sales service. I'm content!
