Sou de Santa Catarina/ Brasil e fiquei muito surpresa com a descoberta deste site. Resolvi encomedar o vestido sob medida e ficou perfeito, o material é de qualidade. Após o pedido, o envio foi no prazo estipulado são (30 dias) para confecção, mais 8 dias para chegar ao Brasil. E mais 30 dias para a alfandega liberar (o andamento pode ser acompanhado pelo site). Retirei nos correios numa caixa compacta, me assustei....mas quando abri...lá estava ele, sem nenhum defeito e muito bem embalado. A única questão é que o vestido foi tributado 60% pela alfandega brasileira, mas mesmo assim, vale muito a pena, e saiu pelo preço de um aluguel de um vestido simples no Brasil. O ideal é que encomende com muita antecedência da data de casamento, pois o problema de atraso e demora é com a alfandega brasileira e não com lightinthebox. Obrigada por terem caprichado no meu vestido no dia mais importante de minha vida.

Hoy llego mi vestido!! Soy de Argentina me caso en Octubre y lo encargue con algunas dudas y mucha anticipación por si no me gustaba cuando llegaba. El vestido es un sueño! hermoso, muy bien terminado, lo encargue a medida y me queda perfecto, no necesita ningún arreglo. Llegó en una caja liviana y chiquita un poco arrugado, increíble que entrara ahí adentro. Estoy muy contenta, es hermoso, bien hecho, y lo mejor es el precio!! antes de comprarlo estuve viendo precios en mi ciudad y costaba 4 o 5 veces más de lo que yo pague. El bordado de la parte de arriba es muy delicado, y la terminaciones muy finas. A mi no me convencen del todo los volados de tul que tiene, la calidad de la tela, pero la relación precio calidad no puede ser mejor. A las chicas de Argentina les cuento que no tuve ningún inconveniente en la aduana y no pague cargos extras, solo el recargo del 15% por compras en el extranjero con tarjeta.

Leggo alcune recensioni che nel giro di una settimana hanno già l'abito, altre che ci impiega più di un mese ........

I was admittedly nervous about ordering a dress sight unseen, without trying it on or seeing it in person. But when my dress arrived five weeks from the day I placed my order, I was so impressed that I called my sisters to brag. LightInTheBox did a beautiful job - my dress is high-quality, fits perfectly (I ordered a custom size), and looks like I spent ten times what I actually did. I'm attaching a photo so others can see what this style looks like in champagne rather than white or ivory - forgive the bad photo, I literally tried the dress on as soon as it arrived and snapped a photo. I cannot wait to wear this dress at my wedding, and am DEFINITELY ordering more clothing from LitB!

The fabric was great. I even spilled on it during the reception and it came out just fine. The fit was amazing! But then, I lost more weight (not on purpose) and needed it to be altered just before the wedding. But the person doing the altering was able to do it really quick and said that the fabric was easy to work with. I needed to make it a little most "sweetheart" across the chest, it wasn't quite right for me. But that was really easy to do. It only took 3 quick stitches. I have received SOO many compliments on the dress. I wouldn't have chosen anything else. The color was perfect. I did NOT want white and champagne was too dark. The ivory was dead on with the rest of my decor. The shipping was fairly quick. No hassles at all. Not one complaint from me! :)

I deliberated for MONTHS about buying this dress!! I had gone to a few "traditional" bridal boutiques, and I was not only horrified at how expensive the dresses were, but I was actually underimpressed by their style and design. I don't even really remember how I found lightinthebox, but I kept coming back to this dress again and again. Roxy and Angela's photos were an ENORMOUS push for me to get it (if you guys read this, THANK YOU!!!). I loved (LOVED!) how the dress looked on both of them. When I went to the bridal boutique in my town, I tried on a mermaid and a trumpet, so I felt comfortable that I liked how the cut looked on my body. My fiance and I are getting married in a rustic barn this november in the US; so I knew I wanted a dress that was vintage and kinda whimsical. This dress was PERFECT. I debated forever though because I thought the idea of buying a wedding dress online and internationally was a bit NUTS. But finally, my sister convinced me to purchase the dress (I'm sure she was sick of me talking about it), knowing that if i got it and hated it, it was still early enough to scramble for another dress (not that I wanted to do that AT ALL).

Sigh... the dress is PERFECT. The construction is phenomenal, the seams are flawless, the lace is delicate, and the beading is dainty but totally sturdy. The dress arrived in a box that seemed far too little but when I opened it, it fluffed out and expanded about 80 times its size :) It is "hefty" in the way that all of the previous wedding dresses are -- not that it's heavy, but it feels sturdy, like I wont rip it on accident. My biggest fear was that it would look cheap, but it's far, far nicer than the dresses I tried on in the states.

Also, a MAJOR kudos to the customer service. My sister took my measurements, and, when we had a question, we used the online chat function. She was soooo helpful. In fact, she was so helpful I wrote a note on her behalf to her supervisor thanking her for her service.

I ordered ivory, which I loved. It's definitely not beige, but more like a soft white. The pictures really don't do it justice because without the flash it's hard to see, but with my little phone flash, it makes the fabric seem super white and shiny (which it's not).

I will definitely post more pictures once it's altered and of the dress in the wedding. I'm super SUPER impressed with lightinthebox, and I'm sooooo glad I took a chance on this dress.

A truly stunning dress for your special day! I searched for months on the internet to find a dress that I liked and felt would suit my body shape. Thanks to light in the box I eventually stumbled across this beautiful dress after months of late night internet searching. I wasn't fixed on buying on the internet (I just wanted to find something I liked without the hassle of the high street) but when I reviewed all the pictures and reviews in detail, I made up my mind that this was the dress for me and at a bargain price compared to the shops. As Im 5ft 3" tall I ordered custom measurements using the instructions, which were simple to follow. I was nervous (yet very excited) making the order for such a special dress over the internet, without seeing it or trying it on until it arrived 5 weeks later. I bought the dress in April, it arrived promptly and on schedule from China in May with full delivery status tracking. I tried it on immediately and all my wedding day dreams came true. This was a high quality, made to measure and perfect dress for me. The Wedding was in October and I received countless comments about how stunning I looked in this amazing dress. I felt very special the day I got married and I didn't have to spend a small fortune on a magical dress on this amazing day in my life. There was one small irritation (and not with the dress) but with the poor quality dress bag that accompanied it. A beautiful dress needs a good quality dress bag for those weeks of storage/travel before the big day. The zipper on the dress bag was very poor quality and eventaully broke. I'm mentioning this to be objective and I know light in the box will pass the feedback to the dressmakers who do a simply amazing job!
