I ordered this dress in burgundy for a black tie wedding for my mother in law. She is a petite woman and it is absolutely fabulous on her... I ordered custom made and it was still a bit big around the shoulders, but nothing mayor... She did not like the train so it has to be removed but we did know that before ordering the dress... Over all very happy, high standard finishing and quality and we will happily order from LITB again...

Das Kleid war vom Schnitt ok, mit wenigen Abweichungen: Schleppe viel laenger als auf dem Bild, muss gekuerzt werden. Dafuer habe ich etwas Geld von Lightinthebox bekommen.
Leider wirkt der Stoff billig und die Farbe war viel heller, als auf der Abbildung.

I love the gown I purchased from Lightinthebox.com. It is beautifully made with attention to detail. The size is exactly what they said it would be, and the fabrics are lovely. I think it was well worth the price.

This dress is perfect. Exactly the way I magined it would look from the photo. We ordered it in Fuchsia which looks stunning. I think next time I will go for the made to measure option as the size that fits me is made for a woman with a much larger bust than me.

I just received my dress today and it is everything i expected. I combed through tons of comments on the site which is what made me go ahead and order the dress. The thing I am most happy about is the length like I mentioned previously I am tall so finding a dress that is long enough is a common problem for me, but this dress is long enough for 3 in heals in addition to my 5'10" in height! I have sewn before so i know what to look for as far as construction and this dress is VERY well made the lining is lined. That being said it is heavier because of the extra lining but it's perfect for this time of the year. I highly recommend this sight to anyone, a friend has already purchased a dress here because of my links from your site! I'll post a picture from the ball in a few weeks.

I noticed you include the height of the models which is really helpful, I was wanting to know the height of the shoes they have on. I'm 5'10" and I was trying to get an idea of how long the dress is on the model with her shoes on.

The dress on the model is made according to her measurements. And our tailor will cut the dress length exactly according to the hollow to the floor measurement you provide. If you'd like the dress longer to better fit a high heel, just add the length you need on to your hollow to the floor measurement.
