I bought the dress for my sisters wedding. While the delivery was delayed, about a week and a half longer, Light in the box customer service responded to my ticket about the delay promptly and helped resolve the situation. Previously I have not been impressed with Light in the box customer service, finding the online chat to be unreliable, and responses to be slow. However, this time went without a hitch.

The dress is very well made, but heavier than expected. The image makes it look very lightweight and loose, but it has a fairly thick satin under layer. I was looking for something lightweight (despite the requirement that my bridesmaid's dress be floor length and navy blue) so that I wouldn't be too warm at the summer wedding, and I'm afraid this dress might be a bit heavy for the occasion. I went with the closest measurements I could and the dress fits perfectly. I am 6 feet tall, and the dress is long enough that I could wear short heels if I wanted to, which means that it may be too long for shorter people. The colour is navy, which appears very dark, almost black on the online colour swatch but is a much nicer navy blue in reality. The torso is fitted very well and supportive.

I am overall, very impressed with the make of the dress, and the packaging. I will be returning to Light in the box to order a dress for another wedding this year. It is a beautiful dress, wonderfully made, for an good price. I do recommend it.

After having a nightmare with a Bridal store in my city regarding my maid of honors dress, I was referred to your sight, I found it easy to get around and found her the perfect dress!

I ordered it late on a Thursday night, and was amazed at the emails received from Light In The Box advising me of the progress on that end! I was further amazed that the dress along with all other items ordered arrived 12 days later.

Everything was packaged with such care!

Sono molto soddisfatta del mio acquisto! L'abito è arrivato in breve tempo, è molto elegante e ben rifinito inoltre le misure sono esattamente quelle richieste.
Credo proprio di aver risolto il problema della scelta degli abiti da cerimonia per il futuro!!!

Amazing dress... i did custom sizing and it was basically exact. Arrived real quick .

Also im großen und ganzen ist alles ok, ich hab diese Kleid nach Maß genommen trozdem, ist es oben rum etwas zu groß, auf der Rückseite der Schleier war zwar nicht ganz in der Mitte, und durch die dazugegeben 5 cm ist es etwas zu lang. Aber sehr schöner Stoff, fällt leicht und in Elfenbein ist es sehr schön. Habe meine Änderungsschneiderin hinzugezogen, die verschiedene kleine Änderungen gemacht hat. UND habe bei e**y ein Reifrock ersteigert für 5,- €. Jetzt ist es perfekt! Achja was ich vergessen habe BEACHTET DIE ZOLLGEBÜHR!! die kommt extra dazu bei mir waren es 40,--€.
Also wenn ich alles zusammen zähle hab ich ca.250,- € ausgegeben für ein Kleid das ich auf dem Standesamt anziehen werde :-).

i ordered this dress in the fushia pink colour for my brothers wedding. i likes the shape of the front and back of the dress. I wasnt disappointed when it arrived (before its due date may i add!!!) was a beautiful dress, so elegant, just what i wanted for the occasion!!!

Je suis ravie de cette robe que j'ai choisie en bleu marine. La couleur correspondait bien à celle du site. Après avoir pris mes mensurations, j'ai choisi de prendre la taille standard 10, qui était la plus proche. J'ai du faire quelques retouches chez ma couturière (bretelles trop longues et taille trop ajustée). Il y avait suffisamment de tissu pour l'élargir un peu. La longueur est parfaite, notamment pour moi qui suis grande (1m80). Juste une remarque, la robe est en réalité beaucoup moins évasée que sur le modèle présenté.

Ordered on the 8th of Jan . Recived today . Extremely happy with the dress , few alterations but nothing major . Royal Blue, beautiful colour at a great price. Great quality fabric . Thank you.
