• Is there a fix if the device will not power on?

  The Device charges but will not power on. Can I flash it? If so how and what code. I'm very upset that my tablet does not work only 3 months after purchase! I need to be told how to fix it, Or Light in the box needs to replace it!

• How do you turn the system to airpalne mode so it isn't seaching for cell service all the time?

  When I check battery useage, the biggest user by far is the device seaching for cell service. How do I turn this off or set to airplane mode. I have 2 android phones but I cannot seem to find the screen to do this on my tablet. Thanks

• Do you have to buy a data plan to use this tablet? or can you just use your own internet?

  i have verizon and when i went to the store they said that all android products need a data plan to use the internet

  If you already have wifi in your house, you don't have to open a new wireless network for this tablet. If you don't have wifi network, you may need a data plan for this tablet to get connected to the Internet for online browsing or download the apps from APP market. Thank you for shopping with us:)

• Does apk Apps work better on this tablet?
