This is my first time ordering from Light in the box. I have to say excellent service. I ordered the Silver clutch for my son's wedding coming up in June 2013 in Hawaii. The clutch matches my shoes perfect. I choose this one because its wider than all the rest so i can put my camera inside.

I was delighted with the black satin bag. It is simple with lovely decoration. It fits all I need in it including reading glasses. Gorgeous!

Amazing collection! I got it in beige; it is truly amazing! It's really fancy, totally worth buying. The bad part showed up when my shipment arrived, I opened the box and figured out that 3 rhinestones were missing from it, yikes! That literally pissed me off. This purse was soooo gorgeous but it was defected, means you simply can't use it! However, upon my complaint to "Light in the Box" team, they extremely apologized for that and offered me the full refund, which is very decent I must say (appreciate it). I didn't receive the credit so far but I'm hopeful to see some action after Christmas. I got it fixed from a shopping mall close to me. It's looking really classy now and I'm ready to clutch it! :)
Overall, 5 stars to the purse, 5 stars to the post shopping assistance department, but I'm definitely not happy with the packaging department, for sure! I can't believe how could they miss this huge defect!!! :S In fact, they should pay attention to every single detail before shipping any product. Please take it as a positive feedback and improve this part of your services. It's an humble request! Thank You.
