Relatively loud and airtight, for the price -- a cut above cheaper models in playability. Availability in multiple keys is a big plus. But a flaw in build quality mars the unique cover plate design. The metal stampings are a bit mis-shapened at the corners. This results in slight gaps between the plates and the comb along the front of the harp near the corners. Since the gaps aren't adjacent to the reed holes, they might not interfere with musical functionality -- but they could catch a hair of a player with a bushy mustache. And they certainly detract from the design with the appearance of a crude build.
