    Atenção clientes portuguesas!

    Este site não é o que parece! Fiz uma encomenda num determinado valor e depois de ter pago com cartão de crédito o produto e a taxa de entrega, fui contactada dias depois pela UPS, (empresa que faz as entregas) que me informou que no acto de entrega teria de pagar mais do dobro do valor que já tinha pago, uma vez que a minha encomenda não prefazia um determinado valor, estipulado, como minimo para eles. A empresa Lightinthebox tinha a obrigação moral e legal de informar os seus clientes desta matéria! Cancelei a entrega com a UPS e contactei a Lightinthebox para que me devolvessem o dinheiro da encomenda. Responderam-me com muita brevidade dizendo que não tê nada a haver com isso e que não irão reembolsar-me.

      Buenos días, hace unas horas he realizado un pedido y en uno de los artículos, en el del bolero color fucsia, he dado la talla equivocada. Es la primera vez que compro con ustedes y no había visto la equivalencia de tallas. He pedido una 16, cuando yo en españa uso la 40. Entiendo que debería haber solicitado la 12.
