I am very happy with this hip scarf. If you want it for Zumba or belly dancing, this one is fabulous. My old one was made of flimsy fabric and the beads and discs/coins were coming off all the time, so I searched deep online for a better one. This one is very attractive and has a good variety of ornaments hanging from it. My friends at Zumba like the clear, star shaped beads that hang from it, and they love the detail at the top, particularly the little coloured gems. The velvet fabric is more robust, which must be better at holding the weight of all the beads. My only tiny negative comment would be that I expected this hip scarf to be as noisy as my old one, but the discs/coins are made of a different material. My old one is far noisier because the discs/coins are made of a substantial metal. It is so noisy that my friend's daughter puts her fingers in her ears when I wear it, but perhaps she won't do that with this one. This hip scarf is still noisy, do don't be put off, because it is a minor point. By the way, I chose the cheapest shipping option and the hip scarf arrived at the end of the specified time, which seemed like ages to wait. Thank you to Light in the Box. I was spoiled for choice online, but I'm glad I chose this one.

Oh, My, this piece hip scarf is so well made and beautiful, I loved it.
Can't buy it anywhere in this price for such good quality item.

Ik heb deze in paars besteld, ik had niet goed gelezen en dacht dat de rok er aanvast zat. Maar het is dus een losse sjaal. Maar erg mooi! Mooi gemaakt en best zwaar. De gekleurde kralen/steentjes aan de bovenrand maken het wat extra glamoureus.Ik vind hem heel mooi en ben er blij mee.


I orderd this hipscarf in purple, I didn't read it good enough and believed that the skirt was attached to it! But that isn't so! It is a scarf on its own, but very beautifull!! Quite heavy and nicely made. De coloured stones/beats give it some extra glamour!I like it very much!

I ordered a belly dance belt
Unfotunaltely it is far too small . If I close the belt , there is a distance between the conis of 22 cm or 9 inches . The coins should reach each other . And I am not fat at all : european size 36 - 38 .
The blue belt is the one they sent me , The red belt is the picture from the website of the shop : as you can see : there the beads reach each other at the knot .
I hope they will send me a better belt
