Jag är mycket missnöjd med informationen om fraktkostnad. Jag har betalt 350 kr för frakten när jag beställde en lampa och nu kostar det 550 kr till för att hämta ut den på posten... Detta har jag INTE fått information om och jag tycker att en fraktkostnad på sammanlagt 900 kr för en lampa som kostade strax över 1000 kr är orimligt! Har försökt att kontakta kundtjänst men ej lyckats.

Die Lampe ist ein Highlight in meiner Wohnung.
Der Zusammenbau etwas mühselig und fummelig - aber die Arbeit ist es echt wert!
Vergleichbare Lampen gefunden zum Preis von 400,- € und mehr! Super Qualität und super Preis. Kalkuliert aber noch die Verzollung und Versandkosten mit ein.

Its a beautiful pendant light but ask a lot of work to fix it properly. but its worth it because it looks very nice above my dining table after spending quiet a bit of time with all the pendant
