Get this dress in floor length?

I want to order this dress, but in floor-length. Is this possible? How do I do it?

Every designer has his unique design, if change, it could not assume the same style as you see in the picture, so You’d better not change it, because it could not be the same perfect effect as you imagine. Will this fit me?

Hi

I'm from Australia and our sizes are different (obviously). I am usually a size 8-10 AUS however when I measure myself I would be your size 10, is this not equivalent to size 14 AUS? I'm a little confused, I love this dress design and I don't want to be ordering the wrong size.
