Can you tailor the dress to fit a baby bump?

I'm getting married in August and found out that I'm pregnant. I'll be almost 7 months and I'm struggling to find a dress that I like that has enough detail and a train. This dress looks perfect. I like the empire line and the way it flows out underneath. I just wondered if I chose the custom size if you could tailor it for me being pregnant?

I really don't understand why you can't change the lenght if you make any dress for special order,if someone is not too tall is not chance to buy it???

Adding a bolero/shrug/jacket

I was wondering if a bolero or shrug added to this (bought seperately) would look okay with this dress? I love this dress but I would want to have part of my arms covered and don't know if the dress would look 'wrong' with a bolero/shrug/jacket added to it because of the style.
