I will have this dress custom made and want three inches added for length.
I see that you add 2 inches on a custom made item. How do I get three inches? Do I alter my height and hollow to floor measurements to make the three inches. Where can I ask for three inches to be added? I would like to place my order for both dresses as soon as possible.

Possible sew on three-quarter sleeveles from some material how skirt?
general question of garment
Hello, I am going to be ordering a couple of garments from Lanting and want to make sure I have the information correct.
I am 5 feet 11 inches bust 41-42 inches waist is 35 and hips 45. I was going to order a 16 for this dress. Will that be correct.
Also, I wear heels anywhere from 3-4 inches and want the garment to go to the floor, but not be too long and drag.
any information will be greatly appreciated before I order the garment. There are other garments that I want to order from this vendor and want to make sure all the garments reach the floor without too much drag and the size is correct. Should I go up a size to 16W??
Thank you,

"If you order standard sizes from the drop down menu, the length is according to size chart. But if you order in ""Custom measurements"", an extra 5cm approximately 1.97"" will be added to the length to fit for high heels height.
We hope you enjoy shopping here with us."

Dress material
What type of material is the bottom half of it? Is it formal enough for prom?
