Does this dress have a petticoat with it? Can the sleeves of the dress be made longer then they are in the picture please?

Thanks for asking, really sorry the wrap can not be sold separately, the wrap is sold with the dress. And the delivery time of this dress is : tailoring time: 13-15 business days, shipping time: 3-8 business days. The delivery time should include the tailoring time and shipping time.
