Bow of the dress question

Could you please tell me if those are feathers in the bow of the dress? and is this by Di Vinci because I seen the same dress on the Di Vinci website? or is it just a reproduction of the same dress, thanks so much for your help...Love this dress!!!

Yes, this dress is made with a belt which has synthetic feather. It maybe similar to Di Vinci. But this dress is not Di Vinci. It is made by our tailor from scratch.
