Hello, I can see this dress has 2 layers are you able to make this dress two tone?

I am after a dress exactly the same however 1 layer orange 1 layer fuchsia, if this dress cant be altered have you any other dresses simliar that can be two tone?

Can it be altered?

I'm interested in purchasing this dress for my bridesmaids!
If I purchase it and its too big, can it be altered (I can bring it to a shop here obviously)??
