Is it possible to have the dress arrive any sooner?

I have a semi formal dance coming up on April 5. Even if I was to order it now, it could, at most, take up to 23 days to get here.

What colour is the tulle fabric used?

If I order this dress in a dark colour (for example, grape or dark green) will the tulle netting type fabric on the side, front and back of the dress match that dark colour or will it be a whiteish pink colour like in the picture of the dress?

Can the tulle detailing be removed?

Is it possible to maybe use a small-medium piece of fabric to attach the dress together as a sort of strap?
The tulle on the side can stay, though.

Is there any way to have this dress shipped faster than the 14-26 business days? i

I have a dance coming and i saw this dress and knew it was perfect. the only thing is the dance is coming really soon and i would need the dress as soon as possible. I would also get it custom made.

Please understand that as all our dresses are made to order from scratch. Due to the Chinese New Year (January 23, 2012), We will need a tailoring period of 18-24 working days and shipping time of 3-8 days. We are sorry to say that the dress cannot be shipped faster than that.

Can the sheer material on the front side of the dress be left out and replaced with solid material?

My sister wants these dresses for bridesmaids for her wedding, but I am not comfortable with the sheer material on the front left side of the dress. If it is ordered custom, can this be replaced with the regular dress material instead of the sheer?
