If you choose Expedited Shipping (3 - 5 working days), it will cost USD $ 50.07 (50% OFF); if you choose Standard Shipping (6 - 8 working days), it will be USD $ 47.65 (40% OFF); and if you choose Super Saver Shipping (10-20 working days), it will be USD $ 11.07 (20% OFF).
