Why does it say that my checkout is interrupted?

I got a message today, saying my checkout was interrupted. I placed my order 2 days ago, on the 13th of September. So i went to check my account, and now it says like i had placed another one this morning, on the 15th, even though i havent done that (items are the same). The interrupted one is the newer one. Can i delete this order? Will it affect the other one that is processing right now?

Shipping details of my order

Dear Seller,

I would like to clarify some thing. I made order at 12 th of July, the order have been shipped at 13 th July. Now is 15 of August and I still didn’t received the product. It was written that it will be shipped in 15-20 days. Right now 32days! I am wondering about that. As well I cant check the tracking number, because it's not exist.

I'm from Tunisia and this is my first time placing an order and I wanted to know whether my order will be delivered to my address or to the nearest post office !
and I've heard that in Tunisia imports are subjected to VAT taxes, when and how do I pay it?

This order will be shipped to your local post office which is in charge of the delivery of mails in your place. The delivery man will charge the taxes on be half of the Customs because they usually pay for the tax first in the Customs clearance procedure. Hope you enjoy shopping with us:)
