In the dropdown box Color for ordering this shoe it says that this shoe is available in the color "Pool". However, the color "Pool" does not exist in the Color Chart for Satin Shoes.
Does the color "Pool" of this shoe match the color "Pool" that the satin bridesmaid dresses are made of?

Please compare your own feet measurements (foot length and foot girth) to those in our size chart to determine which size will fit you best. It’s usually best to go with the size matching your largest measurement, and to round up if you’re between sizes.

Where can I see this shoe in the other colors offered?
The names of the colors, offered in the dropdown box with this shoe, are not the same as the colors in the "color chart" that pops up in the link below it. And the shoe is only shown in one color.

Why do you offer a 3-5 business days service but then display a shipping date of 19 September?
I need my shoes BY at the lastest this coming Friday. Choosing a 3-5 days despatch date should guarantee that delivery but now I see 19 September as a despatch date.
There is no ability to lodge a customer service ticket- every time you click on 'contact us' it sends you back to an the my orders or 'details' pages, neither of which offer this facility.
PLEASE CAN YOU CONFIRM TOMORROW WHAT YOU CAN OFFER ON SHIPPING TO ENABLE ME TO CANCEL OR CONFIRM MY ORDER
Why is there a box asking for your NAME if then to the right under 'Tips for writing Questions' it is suggested 'Don't include any personal information such as your name'.
If you ask a question you want an answer - how can you get an answer if you are not allowed to give any contact details?
