Can this dress be made with a shorter train?

I really like this dress but not keen on lots of material on the train, can it be made with a much shorter train?

Do yo offer expedited tailoring and shipping for this dress? I would like to order and receive by April 22. Is that possible?

On delivery, if I am not at home will it be left at the Post office?

When taking own measurements how much room is left to breath in the dress. Should I measure myself breathing out?

Strap

I do love the dress. My only issue with it is that too much of the back is exposed than am comfortable with. Is it possible for the back to be made a little higher? say two folds (referring to the folds at the back) higher?

what are the sizes like?

hi i was wondering if the sizes are small (like a 14 fits a size 12 or a 10) or is a 14 a size 14, i hope that makes sense just before ordering it?

Hi i noticed on one of the reviews on this dress that the strap on the back arrived in a cream

color it looks silver on line i would like it silver is that what color it is?

Altering the dress.

Hello There!

I absolutely LOVE this dress, but do not want the train as I will be doing a beach wedding. I know that you cannot make this dress with what I am looking for, but was wondering if the material of this dress is pretty workable for alterations as I would like to cut the hemline like your other dress (my second choice) of http://www.lightinthebox.com/A-line-V-neck-Asymmetrical-Tea-length-Chiffon-Wedding-Dress_p174388.html. I feel that I could still keep the lower applicay intact.
