I viewed two different pictures of this gown, one with straps and the other without. I would very much like the gown with straps is this an option?

There is no "customize" option for the sizing of the dress

I'm in between sizes and it says that the dress can be tailored to fit, but in the "select size" drop box there is no option for customizing. I need the dress for august the third.

Sorry, this dress is not available for custom size due to its design. In your case, I suggest you order the size which can meet your biggest measurement so that you can alter the other parts of the dress when you receive it. Hope you enjoy shopping here with us:)

I have not bought tis dress yet but I am worried that when it does arrive and does not suit. So, is it possible to return?

When picking a color other than the one pictured, is the beading changed to the same chosen colour?

The photo shows gold beading but i was planning on choosing the ruby colour. does that mean the beading and fabric behind the beading shall be ruby as well?

What colour is the dress "as picture"?

I want to order a fabric sample first to see which colour I like best. Is it champagne, ivory, gold? What colour is it?

The shown color is close to chiffon "Pearl Pink" color. But we don't have it on our color chart or fabric swatches now. Please feel free to ask if you have further questions.:)

Does this REALLY come with removable straps?

I really do need to make sure this does come with removable straps because I don't want to purchase this dress without them. Also, do you have a size smaller than a size 2? and if I was to order a size 2, and alter it would it still look good?

Yes, the strips are removable. We don't have the smaller size than size 2. Due to the criss cross design of this dress, alteration for smaller size may change the look of this dress. This dress is not available is custom measurements either. :(

Will the design of this dress allow a tailor to bring in the hips?

I match the measurements in the bust and waist for a size 10, however my hips are about 34 in (about 4 inches smaller than the size 10 hips). I was wondering if I took this to a tailor if they would be able to make the hip alterations or if the design of this dress would make it near impossible to alter? Thank you!

Thank you for your inquiry. In your case, 4 inches larger of the hips part really doesn't need to be altered as this dress is sheath style. But if you do want to alter it, your local tailor can make it for you. Hope you enjoy shopping here with us:)
