How can I be sure to order the correct size?

Dear sir/madam,
I have a dancing school in Italy and would be interested in acquisting 14
pairs of shoes but I am a little bit in doubt of sizes... The measurement of my
left foot is 24cm long 10cm wide.
What would be the correct corrisponding size? If you could let me know I would
then be able to work out the other sizes.
Could you also please let me know postal charges to Italy.

If your foot width is 10cm, we are afraid these shoes are too narrow for you. Please look over additional items that we have on offer.

My US Size for Latin Shoes is 4 1/2 Medium Width. For Closed Toes (Standard) is 5 Medium.

What size should I order by your specification? My Heels hight is no more than 2 inches
