The sleeves are not removable. Every designer has his unique design with the fixed design he choose, if change, it could not assume the same style as you see in the picture, once changed it could not be the same perfect effect as you imagine.

We do not recommend removing the corsage since it is stitched to the dress, but maybe you can take it to the professional tailor's to see if it can be easily removed without damaging the fabric.
