Problem
Here is my problem, I have the account with you but my husband bought the product. My husband checked his paypal account and the Unique Transaction ID No: #62J38854B73610515. Because of this I can't get a ticket to make contact with your customer service to get help. If you can't help me with my problem could you please make arrangements for a refund as the intercom is of no use to me as it is. I will return the intercom to Moujing Li, 86755-85258401, Light In The Box Co., Ltd, Room 705 & 706 7VF, Hongkong 999077, Hongkong, which is where I got it from.
