I herewith send a picture of my wedding dress in grey. The colour is beautiful silver colour. After some difificulites with the size (too big) it was altered and looked beautiful.

The entire Light in the Box Experience was great.
I was a little nervous because I ordered the dress in champagne only 5 weeks before the wedding.
It arrived in 3 weeks, thankfully.
The champagne color was beautiful and the quality of the dress amazing... definitely exceeded my expectations.
It arrived a small box just like Lauren and Angel described... folded inside out.
Counting the toole, satin and inside petticoat there are about 4 layers.
I removed the cheap looking embellishments and bow.
The size grid was right on and the dress fit perfectly (ordered a size 4), with the exception of the hem.
I let the dress hang for a several days and then took a fairly hot iron to get out the creases from shipping.
Because of all the layers it cost around $90 for the hem.
Overall, a very good value for my dollar.
Once the hem, gown, and shipping were all done, the dress cost me around $300.
It looks like a $600-$800 dress from a bridal gown store.
I didn't add any extra hoop or petticoat beneath the dress because my wedding was a simple outdoor ceremony at a vineyard, so I wasn't going for a full gown.
I received many compliments on my dress and could not have been happier.
I would highly recommend Light in the Box.
They were very responsive when I had email questions and sent email updates.

I purchased this dress last August for my wedding in April, and I was very sceptical, concerned and worried BUT I HAD NO NEED TO WORRY!!! The dress came really quickly, I got suoer fast delivery and it came with 3 weeks and I was informed with the tracking at all times. I had to pay a small customs charge as it was to the UK with this was about £15 ish and considering I got this dress for about £140 as I paid for custom made service, this was so cheap considering the cheapest dress I saw, that I actually liked (!!), in the shops over here was £999 - and seriously that dress was no where near as nice as this one. Total bargain and really well made. I over estimated the length as I;m really tall and was worried about it being too short so I did need some alterations to be made, but I went to my local dress fitter, who commented that the dress was really well made. Because I had a lot of length she made the skirt into a train shape which was really nice!! Don't be alarmed at all about the box being small this is the same for all dresses being imported and means that the shipping is more reasonable and less likely to get lost or damaged. I didn;t need to iron it at all. You cant see the sating under the tulle net material which is really lovely and gives a princess feel. I wanted yellow bridesmaid dresses and ordered my birdesmaid dresses from this shop and they were fabulous, again custom made and needed hardly any work other than a little bit taken in at the bust - but I'd rather have the dresses too big than too small - againa the dresses were about £79 so loads cheaper than off the rail over here and the quality was better than anything I'd seen in designer shops for bridesmaid dresses. Materail amazing. Everyone commented on my dress and geuinely it was nicer than my friends' who paid £1000's!!!! the belt is lovely I danced all night and it was fine, very light and can be removed. I ordered this dress custom made in April and it arrived last week just a bit over six weeks, true to lightinthebox's delivery estimate. As so many of us, I was very nervous of what to expect and if I had done the right thing, buying my wedding dress on the internet. The packet arrived and I had the same experience as in some of the reports described before that it came in a smallish package. It was neatly folded and when I tried it on it fit perfectly. I am so thrilled with it as it is well done with the inbuilt bra and all the lining.The black flowers on the front of the bust were not my cup of tea either and I removed them in 2 minutes myself. No problem. The belt is not attached to the dress so anybody worried about this detail, can easily leave it out. What I don't understand is why lightinthebox said to Nonie that the belt is not removable. It's seperate from the dress and closes with buttons, so it's not directly fixed to the dress. I find however that it makes the dress look less wide in the hips and adds a detail to the otherwise simple front. My overall verdict about this dress is that it is excellent quality for the price paid and that the service lightinthebox delivered was superb. It was easy enough to track my dress and the progress with the order all along. For anyone who is still unsure, please be assured that lightinthebox will not disappoint you and that they provide an excellent customer service in case there should be a problem. I received my dress yesterday after 3 weeks of ordering. The dress arrived 2 weeks before the estimated delivery date so Im extremely happy about this service. About the quality and the beauty of the dress, Im absolutely love it. Its an outstanding dress compared to its price. I only paid a bit extra for custom made, and the dress fits me perfectly without trying to fix anything. I probably only need to iron it, and it should be all ready to put on straight away for my wedding. This website is absolutely a worthy and trusty site. I really recommend it to everyone.

I bought this dress in ivory and wore it for my wedding recently. It looked great. I am a australian size 14 - 16 and it fitted great. I did pay more to have it custom fitted and for express delivery. All round Light in the Box you provided great quality and customer service. I will definately buy from you guys again.

It the bow/ belt removable? Is it light? I wanna dance a lot on my wedding night and dont want to be weighed down!

I ordered this dress in royal blue for a formal event and it turned out wonderfully. My measurements matched the standard sizing, so I did not do a custom order. I did have to take the dress to have it shortened, but at only $40 for that alteration, I came out way ahead. The fabric was wonderful, the quality of work was second to none. I will definitely be ordering again for future occasions!

I would love to order this dress for my wedding dress.
Can the bow be in Royal Blue instead of the same colour as the dress - does it have a sash that goes all the way round to attach the bow so it could all be Royal Blue or would I only be able to change the bow? I also don't want the little flowers on the front - is it possible to leave these off?
