I purchased this dress in on March 27, 2011 and received it on April 28th. I am a US size 18, but to be cautious, I purchased a size 20 and it fits great! I was afraid to get the dress tailor-made; as a result, I will need to get the dress altered because its too long. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase!!
P.S: In response to the concern mentioned by Curious, the dress did a great job with concealing my abdominal girth, so don't be hesistant to buy it:)

I received my dress this morning and I have to say that I'm impressed! I had my doubts about ordering from Lightinthebox.com because I'd read so many bad reviews about poorly made, bad quality fabrics, and dresses not even turning up so I was a little worried. But I took the chance. And I'm glad I did! I ordered my dress on 19th March and received it today, a little over a month after ordering. I was impressed at how closely you can track the progress of your delivery - I followed my dress all the way from China, thru Kazakhstan, thru Germany, Paris and finally the UK and to me! And that took only 4 days in total! Impressed!
The dress itself is very well made. The applique is sewn on nice and strong as are the beadings. I really cant fault the workmanship that has gone into this dress. It fits like a glove too, I went for a standard size 14 and it fits well :) It has built in bust support and plenty of netting so you may not need a petticoat, altho if you wanted it fuller like I do, a 2 hoop petticoat will do the job!

I Received my dress a little less than a month after ordering it, it is beautiful and can not wait for our big day in October. I ordered a size 8 (UK) thinking that it would fit like a glove but have since lost weight and am now a size 6 (UK) but easily altered. I still love the dress and it looks lovely. This is a very simple yet effective dress and I would recommend this site and this dress to anyone. I could not also believe just how small the packaging was and it was not even creased =) Bonus!! I will definately be ordering with Light In The Box again. I will also be uploading some pictures of me in the dress on Our Big Day.

This dress is actually really nicely made! I was VERY surprised when I got it packed into a small box. I got a size 4 but really should have gotten the 2 since the sizes run a little large. I had to get it tailored to fit around my bust, waist, and had it taken in on the bottom so it didn't drag quite so much. It has this elastic strap inside to hold it to your body a little better which I like, and though it shows off the waist very nicely I bought a "waist cincher" just so I would not have a fold going across my stomach which I did notice to start. I added a picture, though I made a cover for it, it shows how nice the dress looks around the waist and it relatively free flowing around the legs.
It really does look as good as the advertising picture.
The only thing I suggest is either put your personal sizes in at checkout to have it custom fit or be prepared to get it tailored after you receive it.
I also got it MUCH sooner than I though I would. I got it about 3-4 weeks after I purchased it, so they do not take very long to get it to you. It is a simple enough dress that you can do whatever you want with it.
Great buy for the price you pay!!! :)

Hi to anyone who might be concern about buying their wedding dress online. I bought my wedding dress from this company and am extremely pleased with it. Purchased this dress for my daughter, her school is having a formal ball and we both absolutely love it! The quality of the material is amazing, the dress has some weight to it and for the dress to be for this price is unbelievable!! The dress arrived maybe 4 weeks after I ordered it but it was worth the wait. Purchased a size 2 and it's just a tad bit big, but her grandmother can handle that. Also a couple of stings loose, but you can just cut those. I am extremely pleased!! Thank You Light in the box!!

I´ve been worried about ordering here after reading the bad reviews but I just got my dress and can say: wow, great work, great quality. The dress looks stunning and I can´t wait to wear it on my wedding.
Also the shipping was good it just took 2 weeks to get my dress over to Germany.

Just received my dress in less than 1 week! when I saw it came from China I was really upset but when I had it in my hands I realized that it's one of the best qualities I saw so far.
Needed to make it a bit shorter and the lady who did it could't believe what I paid for it....
