I had ordered a wedding dress from a different website online and was so disappointed when it arrived, thankfully I was able to return it & receive my money back.
I heard about this website through a friend of my mothers, when I seen this dress I knew it was exactly what I wanted and the pictures in people’s reviews were a great help. So I have attached some pictures myself for you to review. The dress is made perfectly I ordered it custom made. I would like to advise anyone ordering it as custom made, have someone else measure you & give your exact size, don’t add an inch here or there for the just in case scenario. I added a couple of extra inch’s to the length, now I will need to take it to a dressmaker to have it taken up.
There is no petticoat needed, I ordered the dress on the 6th Jun, it was shipped on the 9th Jul and I received it in under a week later. There was taxes & duty to be paid on the dress when it arrived via courier of approx 160euro, but this is not Light in the Box’s fault.
I can not wait until my wedding to wear this dress it is of perfect quality and similar to what you would spend a few thousand on in a street shop. Thank you Light In The Box!!

I fell in love with this dress the instant that I found it, I havn't looked at any other dresses. I'm just very scared to buy it online that when I recieve it the size will not be correct. I followed the sizing video and instructions and have taken the measurements but I have seen in other reviews that the dress size was to long once it was recieved and that it wasn't recieved in the time frame for the wedding? What can I do to make sure the dress size is correct? And how far in advance should I order it because I will definately need to have it custom sized? HELP!

Today i finaly received the dress. it's a fantastic dress, gorgeous!!!i will put photos soon! i'm only sorry that my dress arrived almost 1 month after the weeding!!:( but i will make a photo shotting wearing it! thank's Light in The Box,its really a gorgeous dress

i writed a review as an answer for Sunshine,because i did not have my dress in time for the wedding,but now i see that is not anymore,did you really deleted?

Unfortunately I have ordered this dress on the 6/3/2011 with only 7 weeks remaining till the wedding, I felt confident at the time that there was enough time for delivery, after reading the website and reviews. I am quite concerned about the time remaining till the wedding as the dispatch date has changed from the order date for what reason and fear that the dress will not arrive in time. Is it typical for orders to take 6 weeks or more? I have emailed customer help and this is how I found out that the dispatch has changed by 4 days, please help.

I have ordered this dress but i provided the measured in cm not inch. I make this costum size. What should i do now to change?
