| I ordered three of these dresses for my bridesmaids. They come few days ago in good condition, they are good quality and I am very happy with the outcome. They need a few alterations as I did not give the exact measurements. I ordered by size to minimise the cost and I think is best as you may need to do some alterations even with the exact measurements. The only think I was not happy with is that UPC charged an extra £83.00 for the import duties, and nobody informed me, but otherwise is been a nice shoping experience. | |

| The dress arrived in time and it looked very nice and exclusive. It seemed to be very good quality. I had ordered two dresses, one for me and one for my sister. My sister had chosen a custom fit dress and it fitted perfectly. And the colour, royal blue, was a bit lighter than the picture, but it was actually much better. I´m very content and I can really recommend Light in the box if you want a nice dress! | |

| Hi I have been looking at this website for a few months now as I am attending a wedding in July in Lake Garda, Italy. I'm not a great shape and only certain dress shapes are flattering on me, so after much searching and looking at reviews I decided to buy from lightinthebox!! My husband and daughter carried out the measuring with the help from the measurement video as I'm only 5ft 1inch and thought it would be better to get the dress made to measure. I was very nervous, thinking if this isnt nice I cant send it back, but it arrived 4 weeks after ordering which I was able to track the whole way to Ireland. It is the most perfect fit and really well made and finished and I found the neck detail really nice and not tacky at all. My daughter said that she hasnt seen a nicer dress on me! I hope to loose a wee bit more weight before I go, so I can get it nipped and tuck at my local seamstress. I had ordered the Regency Blue as per the photo, however when it arrived it is more a purple than a blue, but a really lovely rich colour. I wouldn't hesitate buying here again and I'm really looking forward to wearing in Italy. | |

| I ordered this dress in white to wear for my small wedding. I love the style of the portrait neckline and flared skirt--very Mad Men. Despite the flared skirt, the lining inside is snug and I'm going to need to have it let out a little in the hips even though it is big in the top (usually the opposite case for me). I also am going to have the crystals on the arms replaced with actual buttons. I found some beautiful prong set rhinestone buttons on eBay that look much better (note you will need 4 not 2). If you give yourself plenty of time and are prepared to order up and/or alter the dress, this is a really good value. Shipped quicker than estimate time. | |

| I absolutely love this dress!!! I was a little hesitant about ordering online, but it was so easy I couldn't believe it. Everything was crystal clear about ordering it. I was also a little scared about ordering a different color rather than pictured because I didn't know how close the color swatches would be as compared to the real color, it was the EXACT shade when my dress came in!! The dress is as flowy and graceful looking as it is in the picture. I used to pre-made measurements and they were right on. This was the first time I have ever used Light in the Box and if I have my way, it won't be the last, 5 stars all the way!!! :) | |

| After I ordered my dress I started to read reviews and I became worried thinking that I had made a mistake ordering from here. BUT I WAS SUPER PLEASEANTLY SURPRISED. It arrived and I open it hesistantly. The dress is SIMPLY GORGEOUS. It feels as though I paid 1,000 of dollars for it not 160. It is worth much more. It feet just right. The color is beautiful!! I had purchased another dress just in case and I am returning it. I am the maid of honor. When the bride saw the dress SHE LOVED IT. I am extrememly pleased with my order and will not hesitate to purchase from them again. I have also recommended site for the rest of the wedding party and guests. | A beautiful, well made dress which fits perfectly and took just three and a half weeks to arrive. I have removed the two net underskirt layers to make the dress hang from the waist rather than flare out as it looks much better on me - with the underskirts, it made me look quite a lot larger than I am. This was very simple to do by unpicking the stitching from the lining fabric, which you can't see anyway as there are two further layers over the top. The dress is well structured - I really like the boning and built in bra as they make the dress very comfortable to wear and give you good support for a really flattering look. I ordered a standard size, the sizing guides are very accurate, so you can feel confident that the dress will fit. I would definitely order from Light in the box again and have recommended it already to friends. Having read plenty of reviews on the website, I was expecting the £27 customs charge when my dress arrived, but I do think this should be made much clearer when you order for people who haven't read the reviews. I think most people would appreciate knowing the total cost; the dresses really are fantastic value for money so I doubt it would put people off... | |

| My four bridesmaids wore this dress in my wedding and they looked fabulous! They told me that the built-in bras functioned well for them and that they liked the dresses well enough to wear to future occasions (graduations, anniversary parties, etc.). Two of my bridesmaids preferred the dresses without the sash, so they removed theirs, which was easy to do with a few snips of the scissors along the threads in the back. All of the bridesmaids said the bodice was a tad snug and suggested to others to order one size larger than normal for increased comfort. Other than that, the dresses fit well, didn't need any altering, and looked just like the picture on the website. I also ordered my wedding dress from Light-in-the-box, and loved it! | I ordered this dress for my daughter's prom dress. Couldn't be happier from beginning to end! Whilst we were trying to make some decisions we had an online chat help with Koffee who was absolutely fantastic!! She was helpful and informative, just great. Shipping was exactly as the website said it would be, and the dress arrived today , just as the earliest stated day! The dress itself is great! The fabric and the colour are outstanding value for money...look a lot more expensive than it was! Colour is really rich, great depth. The workmanship on the dress is excellent..really well put together and beautifully finished. The inside bra strap is a fantastic system that means even my usually self conscious daughter won't need to wear a bra or feel unsafe dancing in her dress. All in all the experience of Light in the Box has been a resounding success, and i'm sure it won't be the last time we order. As a young musician my daughter often needs reasonably priced formal wear...can't think we'll look anywhere else now! Thankyou!!!! | |

| I was nervous about ordering customized size clothing online but I gave it a go. Im thrilled with the dress, the colour was righ,t the quality of material and workmanship fantastic. To buy a dress that is so flattering for a larger size that doesnt look frumpy can be difficult but this dress does the job beautifully. I ordered a bolero jacket in the same fabric and It looks great.The bust has boning so no need for a bra, which is good, because the shoulder straps on the dress sit slightly over the shoulder blade, not directly on the shoulder which I find very flattering. The whole dress is fully lined and sits lovely on the body. The ruching around the waist line is useful for hiding a multiude of sins, as opposed to a satin dress directly on the skin showing every bump and lump. Overall I would recommend this dress to all age groups as I believe it is a timeless piece and fantastic value for custom fit. | |
