I bought this for my 11yr old son, last X-MAS. When I did some research I couldn't believe how expensive they were. He likes to skateboard and ride his bike on the trails so it needs to be water proof and durable. This is definately both and priced below what other companies were charging.
I would highly recommend this!

All round a really good camera for the price. Video and sound quality were good, although it does take a bit of practice to get the best out of it, we were pleasantly surprised though!
Gave it to my partner for Christmas and he took it skiing and got some great footage. Much better than trying to hold the hand held video recorder! A very happy camper!

I have not used this product yet as it will be a Christmas gift. What I did not like is that I was unaware that I would be charged import duties plus a fee. I am not sure if I will order again as there is another site that offers free shipping and no import fees.

Camera received by 2 weeks after placing the order (Portugal). Did not pay anything more. For the price you can't beat it. Great buy.

Please confirm that this camera does NOT operate on rechargable batteries.
So one have to buy a norml battery set every time you record ?

I bought this cam for ski usage and found myself using it for my first bungee jump. I don't think there is a product with such good quality/price, actually all "pro" hd cams cost around 200$ or more. This one is not "pro" but it's largely worth the price.
For shipping, I chose the super saver shipping and received my product within a week (maybe less) when I was expecting it after 15 to 30 days.
