After receiving the box with the camera kit i was very exiting.
it was very good packet in the box so that nothing would get damaged by transport.
the manual was clear and simple.
after connecting the set to my tv, i got a very good image. The settings are simple and clear. i was within the hour ready for deployment in my store (excluding time for setting up the cameras in the store en connecting and installing the cables)
for simple use it is a great product. I have an appointment with my alarm installer so that, when the alarm was triggered, the video set will start recording al all the cameras.
in the mean while, ive setup al scheduled recording for nighttime.

Very satisfied with the delivery, the packaging and the smooth handling. Minus points are the few info concerning the input tax and the manual. The installation went very smoothly, I did not manage to connect to the internet, clear instructions are missing, for a layman the abbreviations can not be deciphered. Can someone please help here. For the rest nothing but praise and I will definitely make orders at Light in thebox. Sincerely, Walter
Heel tevreden over de levering, de verpakking en de vlotte afhandeling. Min puntjes zijn de weinige info betreffende de invoertaxen en de handleiding. De instalatie verliep heel vlot, de aansluiting op het internet is me nog niet gelukt, duidelijke handleiding ontbreekt, voor een leek zijn de afkortingen niet te ontcijferen. Kan er iemand hier in helpen a.u.b. . Voor de rest niets dan lof en zal ik zeker nog bestellingen doen bij Light in thebox.

The basic system is just what I was looking for. The cameras have a good picture and the DVR software is simple to use. The android software works well for monitoring real time. But, the PC software did not work for me for monitoring or reviewing recordings. the video would not display. It did show the date and time stamp but no picture. But this can be done on the DVR directly. When I contacted Customer service they did respond within 24 hours, but as far as I can tell there is not any tech support. I was offered a full refund or an in store credit or a partial refund. I chose to keep the system because it does do a good job at recording if there is motion in the field of vision of the cameras and my wife feels much more secure with the system in place.
