As I have very difficult feet (hallux valgus, amongst others) I can only dance on shoes with closed heel, open front, with enough straps sothat I can cut one or two away to make room for the hallux valgus. Besides, a low heel would be best.

On the Lightinthebox website I found three types that could be suitable, amongst which this one.
I cut away two straps on the left inside, then one at the left outside, which I cut only loose from the sole and then attached it again inserting a little piece of black elastic. Then I tried them on on a dancing night, and danced 5 hours on them without any pain, and without them falling from my feet!

The only improvement that could be made would be that the width was somewhat bigger. Other shoes I bought at Lightinthebox have a width of 8 cm, and these only 7.4 cm. Because of the very favourable price, I ordered them again one size bigger, hoping the width will be a little bigger then.

These shoes are gorgeous & the fit is perfect I couldn't ask for a better fit or more comfort & the heel is great..I got this order super fast I couldn't believe it! If all the shoes I ordered could be so nice!

This was the first pair of shoes that I ordered from this site and I love them, I've ordered several other pairs since then. For a low heeled shoe, they are styling! They are very pretty on and the heel is slightly tapered, so they don't look "clunky". I just love them with pants or dress. They were comfortable from day one and never gave me any discomfort, I can dance Casino Rueda in them for hours! I usually take a ladies 8 1/2 and the size 40 I ordered fit perfectly. Thank you!

These shows are really beautiful. They arrived quickly and perfect. This is a GREAT heel for practice or just when it has been rough day on your feet. Feels like you aren't wearing any shoes!

These shoes arrived in less than two weeks. They look great -- several people asked where I bought them. They are easy to dance in. The size is exactly as I measured per the instructions, and the shoes are comfortable, although the top straps are a bit snug. I hope they loosen with wear. I wish the shoes were available in a black/silver, too.

Thank you so much. My foster child loves her shoes. She had her first exam and competition on Saturday and was excited when the shoes arrived in time. They helped her posture and the way she moved on the dance floor. Obviously ordering shoes online is always a worry re sizing but they fit her perfectly. It took approximately 21 days from date of ordering but I found this acceptable as they had to come from overseas. I want to thank you sincerely for your service. I like to thank the staff of Lightinbox for the excellent service provided. I received the shoes a month after it was shipped. The shoes are very well made. The fitting is a bit narrow. So the shoes are a bit tight on my feet as I have wide feet. With time it will be more comfortable as the material is very soft and flexible. On the whole I am quite happy with it.

Good support on your ankles and stable heels. Definitely recommend!
