I am very impressed with the whole ordering process with Light in the box. It took just over a week from ordering to receipt of product in Canada. The company kept me informed throughout the process and the shipping time was exactly as described. The tablet itself was well packaged and is exactly as described. As i am new to the android world, it will take me a little time to figure out how to use the tablet to its full capacity. I bought this tablet to play games, read books, play music and watch Netflix. So far I have only played games and haven't figured out how to watch Netflix movies yet. The picture quality is excellent, the sound is great, the capacative touchscreen is very sensitive and the processor speed is fast. The only downside is the user guide. Not being a very tech savvy person, i require a more detailed user guide to figure out what i'm doing. This being said, I have been able to find a user guide to android 2.3 on-line and this was helpful. I have also watched a couple of you tube videos on how to use the tablet, so armed with this information and trial and erro,r hopefully i will be able to use my tablet the way i would like.
I am confident that if I encounter any problems, that I can contact Light in the box and they will assist me.
I would defintiley recommend this product and company to anyone interested in purchasing a tablet. I may be purchasing a couple more tablets for my children for their birthdays in the near future.....

- USB host for keyboard, mouse, or usb flash drive. Tested usb mouse. Tested usb flash drive. Works great.
- Comes with full” Documents to Go” app for word processing.
- Bluetooth for connecting headset, keyboard or mouse.
- HDMI Port for plugging in to TV or monitor (not tested)
- Snappy response. Quick sliding through menus and launching apps.
- Gingerbread Android System. Slick!
- 4GB built in. Good for the average user. We got an additional 16GB.
- Display is really nice quality (as good as ipad). Really nice for watching videos and reading books.
- Plays back video buttery smooth using MX Video. Also streaming over wifi works great too.
Steaming videos using MX Video player and BubbleUpnp – Plays very smooth. A nice watch.
- Reading (Free) Books Using Aldiko and a heap of free books form the market such as the Twilight series, Pretty Little Liars, Harry Potter, The Nicholas Sparks Books, The Hunger Gamers, etc.
- Viewing my webcams and baby monitors using TinyWebcam Pro
- Transfer files to SD Card (using external 16gb sd card purchased separately) using SwiFTP over wifi.
- Reading and writing email with Built-in email app
- Charges via USB or separate Power adapter.
- Built-in speakers ok. Not amazing but good enough.
- Built-in 3.5 inch earphone socket.
- Battery Life acceptable. Not fully Tested.
- WIFI connected no problem.
- Youtube. Flash Plays ok.

Cons
- Can’t install IMDB. (may be a workaround but not found in market)
- Can’t install Facebook app (again as above)
- No volume rocker. Have to use soft volume controls.

I ordered the tablet the week of Chinese New Year. Looking for an ereader with capability to get onto the internet. Didn't want to spend the money for an Ipad. Got tablet two days after the order,because most Asian Companies closed down for business during Chinese New Year, I was surprised to receive the item so soon. Seems like a great tablet for the price payed compared to paying the price of an ipad. Android apps easy to download, email accounts easy to setup,
Satisfied so far. Wireless was easy to setup. All in all very satisfied with purchase. Got Cash back through a website called www,marketamerica.com/katse. Pleasantly surprised with the money paid for item. Light in the box customer and sales reps were very helpful with any questions before purchase because they responded very quickly.

Outstanding tablet, fast and very reliable, always connects and stays connected to internet, very impressed with both Tablet and LITB, they are very professional and helpful.

It is great enjoyable and easy to use

The only downside thus far to the Twilight: my son is not keen on sharing the tablet! However, I could not be more pleased with its performance! I am not one to purchase electronics without holding them in my hands first, but I am very glad I chose this one online, sight unseen! One thing I would have likes to know at the time of my purchase is which case and protection film are optimal. Over all I can sum up this purchase with one word: great!

Convenient size, good design, great features Android-platform and very low price make Twilight a very interesting acquisition for those who want one of the first to see and feel the benefit that bring tablet PCs in our lives. Thanks to the development of the Internet and technological progress, "tablet" finally turned out not too convenient device for professionals in gadgets for the mass user. Further development of this trend will bring us a lot of very pleasant surprises - and they will affect the owners do not last.

I purchased this for my wife this past Christmas. For browsing, reading pdf, maps, email and general wifi surfing this product excels. We have yet to have any problems or find anything wrong with the tablet. More storage would be nice, but we plan to purchase a SD card.
