Great product took a little while to arrive but the quality if impeccable. This is the second one I have purchased and might get another one down the road.

This is a great camera...the daytime colors are brilliant. It does everything as advertised. I had 1 problem which never occurred to me at the time of purchase...this camera was designed to be mounted to a really high location, if you want to see as high as the horizon. I had to build a platform that changed the attitude of the mount from perpendicular to the ground to about 30 degrees up from perpendicular. Needless to say...if I had known this, I might have selected a different model. REMEMBER...when they say tilt is 90 degrees...straight across is as high as you will see!!

Good product works well. A good value for the price

Be careful when ordering. You must be aware that this product is sent from China and the UPS carrier will ask for 20% VAT to be paid before handing the parcel over. There is also a £11 handling charge. Product is good, but the documentation on CD has been translated from Chinese and is a bit ropey, but suffiently informative to get it working. Delivery was speedy at 4 days.

Design and technical implementation of the camera is very good in relation to the price. The only problem with the AC adapter, which is loud. Delivery took place over 12 days from placing my order, which is a very good time. I am satisfied.

I love the camera!!! It works great and was so easy to install. I only have one real issue with it. It is more a problem with the software though. My camera is mounted high on an exterior wall on my house and when I set the camera in "full scan mode" the camera scans all the way backward to the wall it is mounted on. For the few seconds each time it scans the wall, an intruder could get past the camera without being seen which makes my fortress vulnerable!! =). I haven't found a way to get the camera to scan only my preset zones and cannot seem to find any software for my iPad that has that capability. That is the only real limitation I have found with it. It is a great buy and worth every penny!!! Oh yeah, shipping to Southern California, U.S.A. Was super fast!!!

For the money this camera is fine. PTZ works great, at night the 'night vision' does cast a whee bit of reflection on the inside of the dome but you can still see pretty well. Focus at night is an issue. Easy mounting (we did it with a wood backing plate) and it looks fine.

Only quirk is the fact that, no matter how I have the settings configured, if the power drops to it for any reason it will do a patrol sweep and then come to rest pointed at the ground below it. All my other Wansview's will return to where they were last pointed when power is restored.

I'd buy another (considering it now, in fact.)

Like a previous reviewer noted, this cam was badly out of focus, to the point it was unusable. But for his review I would have returned it, not easy given the distance. Having opened the unit the problem was that there was only one retaining screw on the focus ring, not two, and the lens assembly had, I presume, moved in transit.
With the missing screw replaced, and the lens focused correctly, it's actually a very good camera.
A major plus is it has the same software as Tenvis, and appears on the same PC multiscreen as the other Tenvis cams I use.
So while I would recommend this camera, I feel the manufacturer has a few QA issues to address. The customer should not have to take it apart to make it usable!
Last item to mention was I had to pay VAT on the delivery, plus the charge made by customs to bill me. This added 30% to the price I paid, maybe better to buy in the UK?

Value for money, a bit difficult to set up (unless you own a dynamic IP address), very good performance both night and day.

Excellent service by light in the box

Camera works well through the wanscam website. Needs software to use offline on your own network included. This model is not listed on WANSCAM website for support.
