To fit high heels, we’ll add an extra 5 cm onto CUSTOM-SIZED floor-length dresses and dresses with trains. If you'd like the dress longer to better fit a high heel, just add the length you need on to your hollow to the floor measurement (e.g. if you'd like to wear 12cm heels, just add 7cm to your hollow to floor length).

We will need a tailoring period of 24-28 working days and shipping time of 3-8 days. For Wedding Dresses orders, after your order is comfirmed, you will recieve your parcel in 27-36 working days. So we recommend ordering your dress 2 months in advance.

And the shipping rates differ from country to country. It depends on the weight of the package, the distance to the shipping address, and the shipping method chosen.
