Do I need to purchase any additional items to make this shower system work? Does it come with valves and all hardware? How many inches is the metal pipe that is attached to Rain shower head? I have 10 foot ceilings. Some of your items ship out of the US warehouse, does this one ship out of the US?

Please kindly understand that from which warehouse this faucet is sent depends on the inventroy status. We can't assure you it will be sent from US warehouse 100%. Our faucet is of 1/2" pipes. You may need thread adapter if your local pipe size is not the same.
It will come with all of the parts shown in the picture. The metal rod that hangs from ceiling that connects to Rain shower head is 20cm long. Thank you for shopping with us:)
