Q: How can I make sure I'm ordering the right size?
A: Since we're an international company, our shoes may run larger or smaller than the standard sizes you're used to. It’s best to check the actual measurements(Foot Length and Girth) in the size chart on the shoe’s product page and compare them to your foot measurements before ordering.
Q: How long can I receive my item?
A: Total Time is based on the tailoring/processing time + shipping time, you will find them in product pages, it is between 5- 28 business days.
Q: Can I return or cancel the shoes if I change my mind?
A: After placing your order, there is still some time to change your mind. However, it is important to note that some of our dance shoes are made to order, and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.
Q: Can I order this shoe in a different width/heel height?
A: Dance shoes labeled as “Customized” can be made in the heel height, width, size or color of your choice. You’ll find an explanation and a drop-down selection box for each available customized feature on the shoe’s product page. Please note this option is available for dance shoes in the customized category only.

Вопрос: Will I be able to fit on these boots? By the way I really loved these boots and I'm thinking to buy them in every colour!! But I have one question, I have big calves and I want to make sure that I would be able to fit on these boots. I'm a UK size 8 and the biggest part of my calf is 40cm when I'm standing and 42cm when I'm sitting down. I know that boots stretch after some time but will I be able to fit? I'm really concerned about it. As they are produced after placing an order would it be able to have it 1-2 cm larger than usual? поLaura 26.10.2012

Thank you for your inquiry. Please compare your own feet measurements (foot length and foot girth) to those in our size chart to determine which size will fit you best. It’s usually best to go with the size matching your largest measurement, and to round up if you’re between sizes. Вопрос: concerns about shipping... I ordered these boots and paid for 3 day shipping which would mean that I sould have them by 7/25. I just saw that they will not be shipped until august 7. I need them by 7/26 the latest for a photo shoot, which is why I ordered them. I am willing to pay additional for faster shipping, even overnight. Please let me know if this is possible.
