the shoes I bought were perfect. I cannot fault the sevice in any way. I have only got a size 2 foot so it is very difficult to buy an adult shoe to fit. Now I can stock my shoe wardrobe and will thoroughly enjoy doing so.

J'ai était livré rapidement (moins de deux semaines, commandé le 11 livré le 20), effectivement j'ai eu à payer les frais de douanes, j'avais 3 articles j'en ai eu pour 25€ mais je le savais.
Sinon les chaussure sont juste splendide, je les ai prise en ivoire elle sont magnifique et sont fidèle à l'image, le talon n'est pas trop haut, elles sont agréable à porter!! Je suis très très satisfaite!

Ich habe meine Schuhe heute erhalten und liebe sie. Die Farbe ist exakt wie auf dem Bild, hab sie in blau bestellt und während einer Rabattaktion nur 45 Euro gezahlt. Sie sehen wunderschön aus und die Glitzersteine wirken in keinster weise billig oder schlecht verarbeitet, wovor ich etwas Angst hatte. Trotz des Pfennigabsatzes hat man einen sehr guten Halt. Freue mich rießig darauf sie anzuziehen. Ich bin habe das erste mal bei Light in the Box bestellt, mit ein wenig Bedenken, die sich jedoch in keinster Weise bestätigt haben. Zahlung und Lieferung haben perfekt geklappt, ABER!!!! Nach zwei Wochen habe ich eine Rechnung vom Zoll bekommen über 31 Euro!! Finde es ein wenig unverschämt, dass nirgendwo erwähnt wird das Zollkosten in den Versandkosten enthalten sind, wovon ich absolut bei den hohen Versandkosten ausgegangen bin!!!

I received a pair, which I ordered according to the size and measurement they reflect, and the shoe was too big. Not only that, when I tried them on and took a few steps, the heel came off. I was not happy at all. I wrote them back and followed the instructions from them to return them and asked that they ship me a replacement in a size smaller and asked for them to do a thorough inspection as I did not want this to happen again. Although it took over 1 month to get them received back at the factory, it was within 2 weeks that I received the replacement in the smaller size and everything looks amazing. There are no loose heels and it goes wonderful with the clutch and great color matching as well. All in all, the service was pretry good and I am happy with the results.

Très jolie chaussure, très bien au niveau pointure, je suis ravie du modèle, mais j'ai été très surprise par la livraison ou j'ai du payé un contre remboursement, qui est écrit tellement petit que je n'avais rien vu au moment de la commande, autrement rien à redire, tout est parfait.

I was a little apprehensive to order the shoes as I wasn't sure if the color would be the same as shown and was also worried about getting the right size but I love the shoes!
