A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.

Dear ladies, I ordered this dress for the Winter Charity Ball. The dress came in a dusty rose color, and I think this color is so delicate. It absolutely compliments to the dress, which makes you feel gorgeous. First, you look stylish. Secondly, you feel so slim. This dress makes you taller by shaping your figure through soft draping. I would definitely recommend this dress to those, who wanna feel like a goddess and shine in a classy and simple elegance. My special thanks to Light in the Box for a perfect service. You deserve 100% trust for creating such beautiful pieces and delivering them on time right to the door.

Loved, loved, loved the dress. It took forever to ship but got here super fast when it did ship. The color I had chosen was Pearl Pink and ended looking more like a Peach color. Besides the color being off the dress was beautiful. It was very sleek and elegant looking. The beading had just enough glam to it w/o overdoing it. The dress itself was very comfortable and lightweight. I was able to dance and move around w/o the dress getting uncomfortable or moving around too much. Its rare to find a dress that looks beautiful and comfortable that you can dance and party in as well. I was very happy w/ the dress and would love to wear it again. I can say that I will definitely order from Light In The Box again. Thanks for such a beautiful dress.

This dress was everything we hoped it would be. It's got that timeless elegance. The sizing we pretty much on the money, but they do leave extra material there for alterations. We bought this for my daughters prom and she has a tiny waist so we did have that taken in. The quality of the seam work is fantastic. The only complaint I might have is we ordered the pearl pink shown in the picture and it came in more of a peach color. Luckily for us my daughter likes those sort of off colors, so it worked out good for us, but if ordering the pearl pink, just know it isn't actually pink.

Beautiful dress, beautiful craftsmanship. Only dilemma was the shoulder part was way too tall, it fitted well in the bodice and everywhere else but was made for a very tall girl. With all measurements correct the only thing I can think of is it asked for the shoulder to floor and also head to floor. Maybe this is where the error occurred? In any event I think next time we will go for a standard size instead of a custom fit as my daughter is a standard, we just thought it would be nice to try the custom. Luckily my mum was a seamstress and was able to do the alterations. Unfortunately with all the detail and draping this was quite a fiddley alteration. None the less I would order again from LITB as the dress was truly beautiful.Loved it!!!
