• Hi, On 13th I ordered the beautiful Sheath Column Scoop dress

  i then received an e-mail stating that I had not finished sending the item, although I had paid of it and it is still sitting a being processed. So I completely it, and found out that I had in fact ordered a second dress. The chat operator helped me to cancel off one of the dresses and I sent an email stating same. I now find out that Light in the Box has now cancelled the order. H...E...L....P, I am so bewildered that I am now unsure as to whether I have a dress on order. • After ordering, I realised I had selected wrong colour. How can I change from navy to red? Urgent!

  I ordered and paid for this dress a week ago, but then realised I had ordered the wrong colour. I wanted red not navy. I recieved payment confirmation by email, but have not heard anything since. I thought I had notified you of colour change request, but I cannot find any details. • can this be ordered in petite size without being custom made and also in another color

  The dress will be used for a wedding. I normally fit petite size 8, except for this dress I do not want the waistline to be fitted. can it be adjusted? Is is availabie in lilac or light gray?
