  • 1. How to tie a cape wrap

    Step 1
    Fold the square so that the ends meet to form a triangle.
    Step 2
    Place the scarf over your shoulders so that the longest straight end is at the top of your back and two triangles corners meet in front.
    Step 3
    Make a square knot with these two ends in front.

  • 2. How to tie a draping

    Step 1
    Drape it around your back and over your shoulders.
    Step 2
    Make sure the scarf is even on both sides.
    Step 3
    Wear the scarf up on your shoulders or down across your arms, with the ends hanging down.

  • 3. How to tie the loose wrap

    Step 1
    Put the scarf around the front of your neck with the ends hanging in back.
    Step 2
    Bring the ends back around evenly so they hang in front.

  • 4. How to tie the slip knot

    Step 1
    Fold the scarf in half. Wrap the scarf around the back of your neck.
    Step 2
    Pull both ends of the scarf through the loop.
    Step 3
    Adjust so the scarf sits comfortably on your chest.
    Step 4
    Leave the knot close to your neck or pull it further away for a looser fit.

I bought these shawls for my bridesmaids to wear in case they got cold on my Big Day (I'm getting married in March, which is still rather cold in New England). This wrap is very good quality. The photo online is true to color. It is light weight - perfect for summer evenings that might be cool (or taking in a cruise in December). It is long and wide enough to cover well which was something I needed (with a large bust and arms I feel need to be covered when wearing a sleeveless gown). I am very happy with my purchase and plan to purchase another in a different color. Shipping was quick. I was surprised to receive it so fast.

A beautiful, lightweight shawl. I bought this to go with a lace dress for a wedding. Perfect - just enough coverage without distracting from my dress. Will also make a lovely, every-day scarf on cool evenings.

I am a skeptical online shopper so I was very careful about where I bought online from. Light in The Box was a great experience that made me feel a lot better about buying online! These shawls are lovely! I was looking everywhere to find 5 identical shawls for my wedding party and these were the best option at a great price! They are exactly what I expected, I am very pleased with them and my girls are going to love them as well! Can't wait for pictures with them draped over us various ways, they are the perfect size for wearing various ways to create different styles! They are soft and will provide warmth for my September wedding yet are lightweight and will look great with my fancy dress and the girls more casual dresses! They have a pretty sheen to them and are very nice. Would definitely buy from LightinTheBox again and would recommend these shawls :)
